Document Description
This project includes a request by the City of Santa Clarita to submit an application to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) for an at-grade crossing. The purpose of the project is to seek approval of an application to the CPUC for an at-grade crossing at the eastern terminus of Lyons Avenue at the railroad tracks. The location of the at-grade crossing is central to the development of the North Newhall Specific Plan and the implementation of the City of Santa Clarita General Plan Circulation Element.
