City of Santa Paula General Plan - 2008-2014 Housing Element Update
Document Description
The proposed Housing Element establishes the City's policies, programs, and quantified objectives to meet the housing needs of the City's population. The adoption of the updated Housing Element will not by itself result in any environmental impact, as the project is a policy document on housing issues. The Housing Element itself does not expand the residential growth potential of the City; rather, it works within the framework previously established by the Land Use Element of the 1998 General Plan. Future residential development projects will undergo separate environmental review to determine potential impacts to the environment.
