Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0092-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, City of Burbank. The project is limited to the long-term maintenance of 20 flood control facilities for the purpose of maintaining proper functioning of these facilities and to make any necessary repairs to these facilities on an as-needed basis. The proposed maintenance boundaries are defined by the 25 percent capacity boundary at each facility (except for Debris Basin D-3 where vegetation removal would extend to the top of bank).
