Approx. 62,000 sf. will be constructed, with recreational facilities and the operation of an approx. 800-seat, two-semester calendar elementary school, and off-hours community use of the school facilities under permit. The proposed project would necessitate the acquisition and demolition of all existing residential housing units, commercial buildings and parking lots.
