Document Description
The proposed Specific Plan includes a mix of single-family detached residences, attached condominiums and town homes, a cluster of multi-family homes, a K-8 school, open space as parks, habitat and detention basins, a commercial area consisting of retail, a hotel, offices and several industrial business park sites to include an automobile dealership. It also includes roads, utilities, drainage plans and associated infrastructure for the various uses. The West Valley Specific Plan Amendment (WVSPA) revises and amends a portion of the West Subarea; the East Subarea will remain unaffected by the proposed amendment. Approximately 373 acres of the total 476 acres West Subarea are affected by this amendment.
