Document Description
Project proposes to subdivide 15.58 acres into four residential parcels and a remainder parcel. All parcels will be serviced by the Ramona Municipal Water District for water and will provide onsite septic systems. Access will be provided by a private road easement. Earthwork will consist of a balanced cut and fill of 10,000 cubic yards. The site contains an existing single family residence that will remain on the remainder parcel.
