DFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2012-0149-R5) to the project applicant, Ventura County Watershed Protection District. The project proposes to temporarily impact 7.90 acres on an existing concrete channel, 0.29 acres of natural substrate within the Ormond Beach Lagoon area and 0.91 acres on un-vegetated beach areas.
