Document Description
The City of Cathedral proposes to guide future development within an approximately 5,000-acre area pursuant to the North City Specific Plan with a range of residential, commercial, and light industrial uses. About 60% of the Plan area will be designated open space. The Specific Plan will encourage maximization of commercial uses along I-10 freeway while also providing mechanisms to bridge the freeway and connect North City to the main areas of Cathedral City to the south.
