Document Description
The Project is limited to a single stream crossing a Haskell Canyon Creek (Latitude 34.473945, Longitude - 118.509053). Temporary, four inch gravel fill and Best Management Practices (BMPs) may be placed prior to any creek flows if vehicular access during periods of creek flow is unavoidable. Temporary fill and BMPs will follow the direction of an approved Storm Water Pollution Plan. Tempoary fills and BMPs will be removed following construction of the Haskell Canyon Switching Station. No water diversion are proposed or approved under this Agreement and the Haskell Canyon Creek crossing will not otherwise be changed except for the installation of approved sediment control BMPs.
