The project aims to replace 243 existing Lattice Steel Towers (LSTs) transmission structures with stronger LSTs in order to support the additional weight of conductor wire that enables greater transmission capacity. All work would occur within the Applicant's existing BAR-HSK L1 transmission right-of-way. This project required an addendum to a previous EIR.
