Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2018-0324-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the project Applicant, LA Department of Water and Power.
The project is limited to three components: the placement of temporary rock at one existing at-grade crossing on SF Creek and one existing at-grade crossing at Bee Canyon Wash; constructing a bridge over the LAA adjacent to the Bee Canyon Wash; and temporary disturbance to an un-named tributary to Been Canyon Wash during the construction of the bridge over the LAA. The project activities described above are part of the BRRTP.
