Proposed project involves the construction of 61 miles of new 230 kV transmission line, and reconductoring 76 miles of existing 230 kV transmission line with larger-capacity conductors. The project will result in impacts to 17.35 acres of streambed including temporary impacts to 10.79 acres; the project will permanently remove 6.56 acres of streambed.
