Document Description
LAUSD is proposing to construct an addition to the existing MacArthur Park Primary Center. The existing campus currently provides 300 seats in 12 classrooms. The existing building encompasses approximately 15,000 square feet. The proposed project would provide 350 new seats for a total of 650 seats. The proposed project would add 14 new classrooms for a total of 26 classrooms. Approximately 35,000 square feet of new space would be added to the existing 15,000 square feet of the MacArthur Park Primary Center campus, for a total of approximately 50,000 square feet.
