Document Description
The proposed new District Office is required primarily due to insufficient room at the current District Office facility, which is located to the north of the proposed project site across Schirra Court (4200 Ashe Road). The proposed District Office will be approximately 20,000 square feet in size, will accommodate approximately 45 employees, and will contain offices, a clerical area, a boardroom, workrooms, a small training area, and an adjacent 141-space parking lot.
