Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of a Middle School, a District Office, and a Maintenance Operations, and Transportation (MOT)/Bus Facility, in the unincorporated area of southeast Bakersfield, California. The school site will consist of approximately 30,000 square feet of building space on a 12.5 acre site, and will accommodate approximately 600 students. The District office will be approximately 8,000-10,000 square feet in size and will accommodate approximately 10-20 employees. The MOT/Bus Facility will include a warehouse area, offices, restrooms, a bus wash bay, and a bus storage yard.
