Document Description
The proposed improvements consist in general of resurfacing/ reconstruction/ rehabilitating the pavement within the existing right-of-way, restriping, modification of traffic signal loops, and adjusting utility fixtures to grade. The proposed improvements will help to alleviate the pavement's deteriorating level of service, reduce maintenance routines and ultimately increase the pavement's life cycle.
