Pavement rehabilitation, including removal of existing structural section and replacing with replacement with section consisting of application of geosynthetic fabric, and ~4" thick asphalt concrete over 14" base rock. Adequate drainage of roadway will be constructed through curbs, gutters, catch basins and culverts. Pedestrian sidewalks along the school property from 4th Street to 8th Street. Cross streets and driveways adjusted to match new street grades.
