Document Description
The proposed project will involve the addition of a temporary Ammonia injection and mixing system, which will later be replaced with a permanent system, to convert to chloramines; increased sodium hypochlorite storage capacity to accommodate for higher dosage rates required to achieve a chloramine residual of 2.5 milligrams per liter (mg/L); and chlorine and ammonia monitoring devices. The project is intended to treat water quality only; no additional capacity is gained from implementation of the proposed project.
