Document Description
The OPC will support each of the two California Sea Grant programs to fund research which will inform and improve management decisions affecting the ocean and coastal environment. The priority areas include; climate change and ocean acidification, HABs, invasive species, water quality, wave and tidal energy. The beneficiaries will be researchers that an independant scientific panel and resources agency advisory panel will halp select.
