Document Description
The Operator intends to alter the streambed by repairing two check dams along the tributary. The first check dam will be grouted and reinforced with concrete and 12" rock. If flowing water is present at the site, a small coffer dam will be constructed on the east side of the bank. The second check dam will be repaired at the base by adding 12" rock and grout. Grout will also be applied to the dam face. If flowing water is present, five 36" diameter polyeurathane pipes will be placed under the check dam.
