Document Description
Four existing daycare portables will be relocated to southeast corner of site. Eight current portable classrooms will be demolished/removed, followed by construction of 10 permanent classrooms for net increase of 2 classrooms. A parking lot, with 59 spaces, will be provided at the northwest corner to be connected by a short driveway to the existing parking/loading area. The added parking will alleviate current congestion in the drop-off/pick-up area. Additional landscaping will be planted within site.
