Document Description
The proposed project is a supplemental lease agreement for an existing lease at Mather Regional Park. The site currently contains park improvements such as a parking lot, picnic pavilion, swings, restrooms and a memorial monument, which is maintained by the Sacramento County Department of Regional Parks. The proposed project wil allow this area (Mather Lake and Dam area) to be added into the existing lease between the County and the U.S. Air Force.
