Notice of Exemption

Exempt Status
Categorical Exemption

Reasons for Exemption
No unusual circumstances exist on this property which would preclude the use of a NOE. The only potential impact to the environment would occur if the building to be modified was a historical resource. In this instance, that is not a concern because the building is not old enough for consideration. CAL FIRE staff at Region and Headquarters have reviewed the project and determined that no significant environmental impact will occur.
