The existng wastewater treatment facility needs to be modified so that it can meet state effluent discharge requirements. Improvements include the installation of metering pumps and mixers for the addition of coagulant pond baffles and tube settlers, under drainage collection system at algae drying beds, and construction of impermesible surface at algae storage areas.
