Replacing the hot and cold water lines in the existing Segregated Housing Unit of Pelican Bay State Prison. The existing hot and cold water lines have been experiencing chronic leakage problems. The under-the-slab lines will be abandoned in place and replace with overhead piping. The capacity will remain the same.
