Document Description
Replace existing 8'x30' visitor center trailer with a new 24 foot by 50 foot long modular unit at Annadel State Park to minimize neighbor disturbances. General work will: contour 200 cubic yards of soil to accommodate Americans with Disabilities compliant parking spaces; install concrete footing and perimeter walls; install a sea container for storage; remove the existing horse corral and replace with vehicle parking. Remove the existing stop sign per City of Santa Rosa engineer's request.
