NOTE: Please provide comments directly to OPR c/o Scott Morgan. The proposed RMP and FEIS describe the proposed plan and four alternative plans, including a "no action" alternative for management of BLM-administered lands within the Yuma Field Office. The plan establishes management goals and objectives for the planning area, which includes more than 1.3 million acres of public lands in La Paz Counties, Arizona, and Imperial and Riverside Counties in California. The planning area runs along the Colorado River.
