The project is located in the north western portion of the City of Roseville. The Project consists of a mixed-use development on approximately 400 acres. The Project site is divided into two separate development phases as well as phased establishment of a 35.8 acre Wetland Preserve. THe Project will permanently impact waters of the United States. A tiered Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared to confirm that, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15168(c), no impacts would be greater than identified in the previously certified EIR for Sierra Vista Specific Plan (SCH2008032115).
