Document Description
An amendment to the Sierra Vista Specific Plan, which would allow for future development of approximately 397 acres of the site with a mix of uses. The Applicant also requests approval of a General Plan Amendment and rezoning to change the Urban Reserve designation to 141 acres (705 units) of LDR (low density residential), 79 acres (635 units) of MDR (medium density residential) and 28 acres (689 units) of HDR (high density residential). In addition, 6 acres of CMU (commercial mixed use), 37 acres of CC/GC (general commercial) uses, 11 acres of public/quasi-public uses including an elementary school, 16 acres of parks and 36 acres of open space are proposed.
