- The project is part of the Sierra Vista Specific Plan and is associated with the Federico Westpark Project (Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0039-R2). The project consists of the grading and excavation for the installation of a stormwater outfall and vegetated water quality swale that would tie into Federico Creek. The stormwater outfall will consist of a 78-foot-long 15-inch-wide reinforced concrete pipe with a 15-inch flared end.
