Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0022-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Baseline P&R, LLC, as represented by Ron Bertolina.
Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0022-R2 covers ten sub-projects, each of which will alter the bed, banks, channel, or natural flow of Curry Creek and/or its tributaries. The sub-projects are being constructed as part of the development of a residential subdivision within the Sierra Vista Specific Plan in western Roseville. The amendment includes a proposal to construct two temporary stream crossings to allow access to sub-projects 2 and 4, which are both water quality basins. The temporary crossings will be constructed by laying three (3) 24" by 20' advanced drainage system (ADS) pipes on top of fabric, which will then be bridged on top with native soil from on-site. The temporary crossings will allow construction equipment to cross from the staging area north of the stream to the south where sub-projects 2 and 4 will be built. The temporary crossings will remain in place for up to 30 days. Once they are no longer needed, the crossings will be removed and the areas that were disturbed will be restored to pre-project conditions and seeded with a mix of native California grasses.
