Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0022-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant,Baseline P&R LLC, as represented by Ron Bertolina. The project is limited to 17 separate activities proposed as part of the larger Baseline marketplace Project, which is being buit as part of the Sierra Vista Specific Plan. The 17 activities consist of the construction of 11 wetland basins, one temporary overland flow connection ditch, three outfall swale connections, a temporary bridge, and mass grading over the project site.
