CDFW has issued Amendment #20180327 to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement NO. 1600-2017-0029-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, John Mourier Construction.
The Amendment adds a temporary stockpile location for excavated dirt, a staging area for construction equipment, and a low elevation area that will be filled to an elevation of 107.5 feet.
