Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2017-0029-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, John Mourier Construction. Project is limited to eight sub projects associated with the construction of the Villages at Sierra Vista, a proposed residential development within the Sierra Vista Specific Plan. In the event that flowing water is present during the pipe installation, a dam of clean gravel bags will be placed in the cheek channel upstream of the work site and flows from the dam will be pumped into a 4-inch flexible plastic pipe, routed around the work area, and reinforced into the creek channel downstream of the work site.
