CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0070-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, D.F. Properties, Inc. Project is limited to 17 separate activities proposed as part of the larger Baseline Marketplace Project, which is being built as part of the Sierra Vista Specific Plan. The 17 activities consist of the construction of 11 wetland basins, one temporary overland flow connection ditch, three outfall swale connections, a temporary bridge, and mass grading over the project site. The construction of the wetland basins, temporary overland flow connection ditch, and outfall connections will modify the shape of and temporarily impact vegetation from a total of 1.33 acres of streambank habitat. The construction of the temporary road crossing will permanently impact 0.02 acre of streambank habitat. The mass grading will permanently fill 0.48 acre of vernal pool, 0.46 acre of seasonal wetland, and 2.12 acre of wetland swales.
