Document Description
The Sierra Vista Specific Plan (SVSP) proposes to provide comprehensive planning for the 2,178 acre SVSP project area. The proposed project would include development of a mix of land uses, including residential, commercial, office, public/quasi-public, parks, open space, and urban reserves. The SVSP will address all aspects of future development within the SVSP project site including land use, circulation, resource management, infrastructure, public services, implementation and design.
