Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SON-39029-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Synergy Group, as represented by Andy Christopherson. The project is limited to: 1. Culverting 130 linear feet of an existing wetland ditch within a 30-inch diameter concrete pipe. The culvert will be tied into an existing storm drain on the western portion of the project. 2. Removal of 4,432 square feet of riparian vegetation along the existing wetland ditch. The project will result in permanent impacts to 0.10 acre (4,432 square feet) and 190 linear feet of wetland ditch and riparian vegetation. A total of five riparian trees will also be removed as a result of the project.
