Document Description
Approval of Use Permit UP-08-07 which is limited to approval of processing approximately 40,000 tons of asphalt for the Old Highway 99 road construction project over approximately 25 days. The use shall contain a condition that states the use permit shall expire in accordance with Condition 21 of the use permit and the use permit shall not be used concurrently with Use Permit UP-07-11 or any other subsequent use permit approved and issued for the site and the applicant shall obtain a separate use permit for any further construction projects at the site.
