Final 1 Hard Copy - Response to Comments The project includes the demolition of a portion (approximately 44,000 square feet) of the existing multi-tenant retail building in the southwestern corner of the site (David M. Brian, Gap Kids, Baby Gap and Mimi Maternity), as well as the entire existing surface parking lot. In their place, a new maximum 107,100-square-foot retail building would be constructed, increasing the potential building space and retail uses on the site from the existing approximately 67,500 square feet to a maximum of approximately 138,400 square feet, a net maximum increase of approximately 71,000 square feet.
