- Document Description
- Georgia-Pacific LLC has submitted the proposed Operable Unit A (OU-A) Remedial Action Plan and Feasibility Study (OU-A RAP), and Interim Action Remedial Action Plan and Feasibility Study (IARAP) to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) for approval pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8 of the California Health and Safety Code (H&SC). Work described in the RAPs (Arcadis BBL 2008a, 2008b) would be completed pursuant to DTSC's Site Investigation and Remediation Order for the site (Docket No. HSA RAO 06 07 150; the Order). The OU-A RAP addresses Sections 5.7 and 5.11 of the Order, and the IARAP addresses Sections 5.5, 5.7, and 5.11 of the Order. The OU-A RAP and IARAP are referred to collectively in the following analysis as, "the proposed project."
