Document Description
The proposed project would involve construction and operation of a commercial center and related improvements. The project is an application for a General Plan Amendment, Zoning Ordinance Amendment, Use Permit, Design Review, abandonment of a portion of park, and Disposition and Development Agreement. Following site preparation, the proposed project would involve the construction of approximately 24,000 square feet of buildings, including a 13,225-square-foot retail building (Retail A) near the southwest corner of the site, a 6,300-square-foot building (Pad B) at the southeast corner of the site, and a 4,500-square-foot building (Pad A) at the northwest corner of the site.
