Document Description
CDFW has executed a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0077-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Curt Honodel. The project is limited to the construction of a bio-retention basin that is approx. 1,094 sq. ft. occurring above the top of bank and construction of an outfall structure that will consist of a 12 inch pipe installed using a 6 foot deep trench that shall remove 50 cubic yards of soil. The whole structure shall impact 26 linear feet with 0.009 acres of permanent impact over 8 linear feet.
