Approval of Permit No. 19579, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To construct two new bridges: a three-span concrete slab bridge approximately 74 feet long by 58 feet wide over Pleasant Grove Creek Canal and a three-span concrete slab bridge approximately 98 feet long by 58 feet wide over a recently constructed Bypass Channel; and to install a 24-inch diameter (potable) water main and a 16-inch diameter (recycle) water main, which will be attached to the two new bridges. The proposed bridges are in line and separated by approximately 120 feet. The bridge efforts will also include construction of new roadway approaches, installation of new guardrail systems, construction of temporary diversion dam, placing rip-rap and re-vegetating. This permit also authorizes the bypass channel constructed in 2019 and permits the installation of a 16-inch diameter sanitary sewer line, 14-inch diameter and 20-inch diameter sanitary sewer force mains across both the Pleasant Grove Creek Canal and Bypass Channel floodways.
