The underlying project facilitated by the resolution described above consists approval of the Creekview Specific Plan, which would allow for future development of the site with a mix of uses; including General Plan text, land use designations and land use map amendment; pre-zoning to change 155.8 acres of low-, 64.3 acres of medium- and 17.1 acres of high-density residential 19.3 acres of community commercial/business professional uses, 9.6 acres of public/quasi-public uses: 136.2 acres of open space. 15.7 acres of parks and recreation uses; a 39.9 acre urban reserve parcel; and roadway and landscape corridors on approximately 43.4 acres.
