Application to demolish an existing gas station and construct a 2 story, 13,755 sf retail building at the southeast corner of El Camino Real and Burlingame Avenue. The retail building would have a 9.813 sf footprint (77% lot coverage) on a 13,191 sf parcel. The total floor area ratio would be 0.94 FAR. The building would be 25.75 ft tall as measured to the top parapet around the perimeter, with 28.75 ft tall parapets flanking the entrance. A 7.5 ft wide pedestrian alley would be provided between the proposed retail building and the adjacent building, allowing direct pedestrian access to the parking lots south of the site from Burlingame Avenue.
