Document Description
The applicant is proposing the development of a four-building office development in the Community Commercial Planned Development Overlay Zone in the City of Santa Clarita. The proposed project consists of a total of 90,900 square feet of building area. The commercial space will be distributed between four buildings. Three of the four buildings will be two stories and the remaining building will be three stories with subterranean parking. The project will exceed the midpoint Floor Area Ratio (FAR) that is allowed in the General Plan.
