Document Description
The proposed Victoria Avenue Corridor Plan and Development Code concerns approximately 286 acres of property located along the Victoria Avenue Corridor. This amendment to the municipal zoning ordinance is intended to implement the goals, policies, and programs of the adopted 2005 Ventura General Plan by classifying and regulating the types and intensities of development and land uses within the Victoria Avenue Corridor area via form-based coding that establishes new transect zones and associated overlays zones.
