Document Description
The Project objective was to enlarge and fortify an existing tunnel to form a structural horseshoe shape and replace the sewer pipeline. In addition, a new sewer pipeline would be installed in the reconditioned tunnel with the older pipeline remaining in place. Additional addendums were adopted to realign a section of tunnel away from the coastal bluff for a distance of ~725 ft.
