Note: Addendum #2 to the FEIR
The District Board of Directors certified the FEIR for the Tunnel Stabilization and Sewer Pipeline Replacement Project on November 11, 2010. The District decided to realign a section of tunnel away from the coastal bluff for a distance of ~725 feet. The District prepared an Addendum to the FEIR for the project and the District has determined there are no new significant impacts resulting from these changes, nor are there any substantial increases in the severity of any previously identified environmental impacts. The District conducted a public meeting and adopted the Addendum to the FEIR on March 28, 2013.
