The Project consists of the construction and operation of six industrial and warehouse uses, including some considered "high cube" totaling 3,659,000 sq. ft. Buildings will range in size from 64,000 up to 1,582,000 sq. ft., on 158.9 acres. The Project also includes a general plan amendment to change the land use designation from medium density residential to industrial use. The two largest buildings are planned west of Cactus Avenue just north of El Rivino Road consisting of approximately three quarters of the planned development.
